Royal Air Maroc Adds To African Destinations.


Royal Air Maroc seeks to futher boost connections from West Africa to US and Middle EastThe number of cities that Royal Air Maroc operates into from its Casablanca base is expected to increase in October 2008 as it plans to commence flights into Nigerian cities of Kano and Lagos. The airline is expected to operate four flights per week to Maghreb, Middle East, the United States of America and Canada from Nigeria. Royal Air Maroc which has codeshare agreements with Air Algérie, Air Senegal International, EgyptAir and eight international airlines, operates flights into over 100 international destinations from its Casablanca hub, including Kinshasa, DRC. The airline took delivery of a Boeing 737-8 in February 2008 and has 4 Airbus A321-200s and 19 Boeing airplanes apart from the 9 Boeing 737-800s and 4 Boeing 747-8s that have been ordered.
