 To meet the needs of passengers on the Lagos-London route this summer, Nigerian carrier, Bellview Airlines, says it is to launch daily flights to London’s Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, using the airline’s B767-300ER beginning from August 1, 2009. The airline operates four times weekly on this route. The introduction of daily flights on the route will boost capacity on the route. Bellview says it is also commencing non-stop flights to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, beginning from August 27, 2009. Besides Arik Air, Bellview is the second carrier flying to the UK from Nigeria.
