Conference
Rates
Conference registration fee of $500 includes registration, meals,
refreshments, cocktail and conference materials. Payment should be
made by credit card, paypal or in advance by international bank
transfer, (Bank details will be provided on request).
Registration fee must be received before September 2, 2012. If
payment is not received prior to the deadline, participants will be
asked to pay on arrival or provide proof of payment before being
admitted to the conference.
Discounts
Register before or on August 3, 2012 and you get 15% discount off
the standard rate of $500. So all you pay is $425. Seize this

to be considered valid, full payment must be received.
Cancellation
Policy
You may transfer your conference registration to another person
within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If
you must cancel, notify the Conference Registrar in writing by
August 3, 2012 to receive a refund, less a $100
administrative and cancellation fee. Cancellations made after
August 3, 2012 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full
registration fee.
In the event that the 18th Aviation & Allied Business
Leadership Conference is cancelled by Landover Company,
registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel
reservations and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the
attendee.
Media
Accreditation
Members of the press and electronic media are invited to cover all
aspects of the conference. Press and media may register to cover
this event in advance by sending accreditation request on
organisational letterhead to: Aviation & Allied Business, at publication@landover.aero
or 234-1-2707548. Capacity is limited to one person per print
medium and two persons per electronic medium.
Photo Release
From time to time Aviation &
Allied Business Publications uses photographs of conference
participants in the Aviation & Allied Business Journal, other
publications and promotional materials. By virtue of your
attendance at the Aviation & Allied Business Leadership
Conference, Landover Company reserves the right to use your
likeness in such materials.
Dress Code
Business attire or national dress is appropriate for all meetings
and social functions. Business casual may be worn for the Welcome
Cocktail, Tours, and Cultural Night events.
Liability
Aviation & Allied Business Publications shall not be
responsible for personal accidents, losses or damage to personal
property of registered delegates.
Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to
personal insurance. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the
Aviation & Allied Business cannot be held responsible for any
losses incurred by delegates.
The Aviation & Allied Business
Publications reserves the right to make changes in program or
speakers.
