Precision Air says it has introduced a new and convenient method
of booking and paying online for its customers. Also, as part of
the continuous improvement of its product and services, Precision
Air says it recently launched its third generation fresh and
vibrant new uniform which cost USD 170,000. Precision discloses
that its ultra-modern USD 5.7 million hangar is in the final stages
of construction and once complete, the facility will be the only
full-maintenance, repair and overhaul ATR service provider in East
and Central Africa.
Precision's Director of Commercial,
Mr. Phil Mwakitawa, notes on the online platform: "This is a new
product that allows Precision Air customers to be able to do their
ticket payments online." Adding that "this product is mainly
focused on email bookings," he says "today, a customer who wishes
to book a ticket via email does not need to pay a visit to
Precision Air sales outlets or travel agents." The airline notes
that with this platform, a customer can book via the Precision Air
website and get a response of the booking itinerary with the cost
of the itinerary via email. Once the customer confirms ready to
pay, a payment link will be sent to the customer allowing him/her
to process the payment online using VISA Credit or Debit card. This
way the customer receives his ticket at his office or home via
email.
